Sleep is tightly linked to our health. However, it can be difficult for doctors to use the health-sleep link properly, due to the high variation between nights. This experiment seeks to enable new and reliable means for monitoring of patients in extended treatment programs, such as psychiatric outpatients. In turn, this will be of benefit both for clinical treatments, but also for neuroscience research, such as better monitoring of drug effects, for diseases known to impact patient sleep.
