Revealing roles of cullin-linked protein degradation for the development of neuromuscular disorders

Stephan Lange’s project aims to reveal the crucial cellular roles of cullin-3 and its associated proteins for motor-neuron development, muscle innervation and function. It seeks to give insights into molecular mechanisms underlying the development of neuromuscular disorders.

Hopefully, data from the project may lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets to combat neuromuscular disease in patients.
