Louise has combined experience from the financial sector and corporate world. Initially working eight years with Danske Bank and most recently five years with ISS A/S. In Danske Bank, she worked in Corporate Finance with focus on M&A and equity capital markets. In 2019 she joined ISS A/S initially to support the M&A execution of a large global divestment program and subsequently, she has held various positions centred around M&A, strategic transformation, and investments.
She holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen University.
